Start from a playbook for your kind of project.

Each one comes with the documents, gates and dependencies that kind of project usually has.

Data center modernization

Build out racks, power, network and storage, then cut over.

On top of the playbooks above. Each has its own plan, gates, dashboard and the records your customer confirms. Preview any of them before you start.

  • Device refresh

Count what people use today, build and pilot a standard image, swap devices in scheduled waves with their data, then wipe and dispose of the old ones on record.

  • Business system rollout

Map how the work is done today, configure the new system to fit, load and check the data, test it with real users, train everyone, then go live with support.

  • Compliance and authorization package

Set the system boundary, pick the controls, close the gaps, gather evidence for each control, get it assessed, then take the package for an authorization decision and keep it current.

  • Office move or site buildout

Plan the space and who sits where, build it out with power, cabling and furniture, set up and test the IT before anyone arrives, then move people in waves and hand back the old space.

  • Cloud calling trial

Run a time-boxed cloud calling trial, including government cloud editions: agree success criteria, set up trial users and the connection to the phone network, run weekly checkpoints, then decide to buy, extend or close.

  • Contact center migration

Move an on-premises contact center to the cloud: document today's routing, rebuild it, test with agents, then cut over entry point by entry point.

  • Video meeting rooms rollout

Equip meeting rooms with video devices: survey each room, agree room standards, pilot one room, then install, register and test the rest.

  • SD-WAN rollout

Replace a branch WAN with SD-WAN: deploy the controllers, build templates and policies, cut over a pilot site, then the rest in waves.

  • Cloud-managed network rollout

Roll out cloud-managed wireless, switches and security appliances: survey each site, build the dashboard and templates, pilot one site, then install the rest.

  • Network access control

Control who and what joins the network: profile every device, run in monitor mode first, then move site by site to low-impact and closed mode.

  • Firewall migration

Replace ageing firewalls with next-generation ones: clean up the rules, convert them with a migration tool, test in parallel, then cut over.
